NeoGames S.A (Nasdaq: NGMS), a leading provider of iGaming and iLottery solutions, has announced a significant leadership change within its iLottery business unit. Christopher Shaban has been appointed as the Managing Director, iLottery, marking a pivotal moment in NeoGames' strategic direction.

This appointment comes as part of NeoGames' ongoing organizational restructuring to align with its forthcoming acquisition by Aristocrat, slated for the second quarter of fiscal year 2024.

In his new role, effective immediately, Shaban will assume responsibility for overseeing all aspects of NeoGames' iLottery operations worldwide.

This includes spearheading new business initiatives, driving customer growth, expanding the global reach of NeoGames' iLottery solution, and overseeing NeoGames Studio, the company's in-house game development studio.

With an impressive career spanning over 27 years in the global lottery industry, Shaban brings invaluable expertise and insight to his new position. He initially joined NeoGames in 2021 as the Executive Vice President of Global Business and Customer Development for the iLottery division.
