Bragg Gaming Group (NASDAQ: BRAG, TSX: BRAG), a leading provider of iGaming content and platform solutions, has officially launched operations in Brazil's newly regulated iGaming market.

This milestone marks a pivotal step in Bragg’s global expansion, aligning with the country’s growing demand for online casino services.

Strategic Market Entry

With the regulation of online casinos in Brazil taking effect on January 1, 2025, Bragg Gaming is now live with a selection of licensed operators, including industry leaders such as Superbet, KTO, Betano, Novibet, Sportingbet, and Betboo.

The company’s immediate integration with approximately one-third of the market’s licensed operators sets a strong foundation, with expectations to reach over 50% by the end of Q2 2025.

According to H2 Gambling Capital, Brazil's iGaming market is projected to generate USD 1.4 billion in gross gaming revenue (GGR) in 2025, with forecasts estimating growth to USD 3.7 billion by 2029. Bragg anticipates that revenue from Brazil could account for up to 10% of its total revenue by 2025.

Proprietary and Exclusive Content

Bragg’s content offering for Brazil includes proprietary titles such as Egyptian Magic by Atomic Slot Lab and Crazy Diamonds by Indigo Magic. Expanding proprietary content is central to the company’s strategy, as these games typically yield higher profit margins and support sustainable growth.

In addition to its in-house portfolio, Bragg has introduced exclusive games from its "Powered by Bragg" partners, including Bluberi, Sega Sammy Creation, and King Show Games. The company also plans to collaborate with local studios to deliver content tailored specifically to Brazilian players’ preferences, ensuring a localized and engaging experience.

Robust Aggregation and Engagement Tools

Through its Bragg HUB delivery platform, the company provides access to over 10,000 online casino titles from leading global and regional content providers. Complementing this vast library is the Fuze™ player engagement platform, which features cutting-edge tools for acquisition, cross-selling, conversion, and retention.

These include bonuses, free rounds, jackpots, and an AI-powered game recommendation engine, all designed to enhance player satisfaction and operator performance.

Local Expertise and Support

Bragg Gaming’s Brazilian operations are managed from its São Paulo office, ensuring seamless, localized support. The team, led by LatAm Regional Director Sara Mosallaee and Senior Account Manager Amanda Alexandrini, provides on-the-ground expertise tailored to the market’s unique needs.

Leadership Insights

Matevz Mazij, CEO of Bragg Gaming Group, highlighted the significance of the launch,

“We’re delighted to expand into the newly regulated market in Brazil and to be there for our customers on the first day of launch with our in-demand content portfolio and player engagement platform.

“At Bragg, we have extensive experience delivering highly localized iGaming content and technology solutions in regulated markets. We now expect the Brazilian market to become a key territory for us and a significant driver of our growth in the wider LatAm region.”

Neill Whyte, Chief Commercial Officer at Bragg Gaming Group, added, “We’ve been working hard to ensure we have the right content, the right people, and the right structures in place to support our Brazilian operator partners from day one of market launch. I’m proud to say we are now live in this exciting market, which offers immense potential.

“We’re already partnered or in discussions with approximately half of the Brazilian iGaming operator market, leaving plenty of room for growth. Over the coming months, we will showcase our games and technology solutions to existing customers and potential new partners as we continue expanding across Brazil and the broader LatAm region.”

A Bright Future

Bragg Gaming’s strategic entry into Brazil not only diversifies its revenue streams but also reinforces its commitment to regulated market leadership. With a strong product offering and localized support, Bragg is well-positioned to capture a significant share of Brazil’s burgeoning iGaming industry.
