ibd Gaming has announced its official sponsorship of Craig Neve at the Isle of Man TT 2024. Neve, a talented rider from Lincolnshire, achieved an impressive 11th place in last year’s Senior TT on his Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade, clocking a personal best lap speed of 130.863 mph.
Neve will continue with the same Honda machinery in this year’s event. Additionally, he will compete in the Monster Energy Supersport Races on a Triumph Speed Triple 765 RS.
Last year, he secured 8th and 11th-place finishes in these races, marking his first top-10 finish and his best result to date at the TT. Neve also set a new personal best lap in the middleweight division, averaging a speed of 125.307 mph.
For 2024, Neve plans to stick with this successful formula. He will ride the Bathams Racing Honda CBR1000RR-R in the Superbike and Superstock classes at both the TT and the North West 200. In the Supersport class, he will switch to the Triumph STR765 RS.
Craig Neve expressed his enthusiasm about the new sponsorship: “It's great to be taking on new sponsors within the iGaming industry, and the ibd Gaming partnership certainly opens the door to a huge industry and raises my profile within such an exciting sector.
I'm proud to be wearing the ibd logo this year and hope to give the brand great visibility. Although, I hope to be taking the bike to new speeds this year so you better be watching carefully or you might miss it, haha.
A big thank you to Lloyd Richman and Paul Williams at ibd Gaming for recognizing and supporting me over the other numerous competitors this year.”
Lloyd Richman, CEO of ibd Gaming, shared his excitement about the partnership: “We're thrilled to be sponsoring Craig at this year’s TT. He showed great promise last year and has a strong track record.
We’re hoping he can secure another top-10 finish this year. To be a part of his journey is an honour, and we wish him all the best. TT Racing is no joke and highly dangerous, and we'll be there trackside to give him our full support.”
With this sponsorship, ibd Gaming is making a significant entry into the world of motorsports, supporting a rider with proven potential and a passion for excellence.
As Neve gears up for the 2024 season, all eyes will be on him to see if he can achieve new heights with the backing of ibd Gaming.
