With an impressive background in human resources spanning over two decades, Claire joins Sportingtech from American iGaming platform GAN, where she served as Director of HR for more than seven years. Her previous experience includes roles at Ask.com, Turner Broadcasting System, and EMI Group.
As Chief People Officer, Claire will be tasked with enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and spearheading talent development initiatives within Sportingtech. She will be responsible for shaping and implementing the company's human resources strategy, nurturing a diverse and inclusive work environment, and overseeing talent acquisition efforts.
Additionally, Claire will focus on implementing programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent, managing professional development opportunities, and ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages for Sportingtech employees.
